【ENG SUB】【裁判傍聴記】侮辱罪・些細なことでキレたDQN男が女性に暴言→逮捕！そして裁判に！/Court/Trial/Public Insults/Real story/Crazy dude

判決内容ですが『科料』ではなく
『過料』だった気がします‼️
失礼いたしました😓

私は2014年から裁判を傍聴していますが、
「侮辱罪」を傍聴したことも、
開廷表で確認したことも、この１件のみ Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ！！
※2020年１月現在
10年とか20年裁判所に通っているマニア先輩も
「初めてみた」と言っていたので
そうとう珍しいんだと思います！

被害者、目撃者の証人尋問が行われ、
そのあとで被告人質問だったのですが
いずれも傍聴できませんでした。残念。

★追記★

今回の動画の中に「一応」っていうセリフが出てきますが、すごく悩んで何度も動画見なおして考えていたら、日本語でなんて意味だったっけ？となりｗ
「一応」を国語辞典で調べたり、、、
日々、勉強です！
