Kobo Tomo, which has a studio and gallery in Nara City,
makes all of its checkerboard dolls by hand.
The impressive collection of kimono fabrics in the warehouse
dates back to the Edo period (1603-1868).
The materials used for the dolls are all natural and eco-friendly.
For a long time, it was very natural, rather, to prevent the cracking of beautiful faces.
It was a little glimpse into the world of dolls that I had never had the chance to touch before,
and it was a great experience for me to see the world of dolls.
As for the boy on the cover, he is so attractive that I took many pictures of
him from various angles with his charming face and wonderful kimono.
