浅草神社 三社祭
毎年5月に行われる東京都台東区浅草の浅草神社の例大祭である。かつては観音祭・船祭・示現会に分かれていたが、1872年から5月17・18日に行われるようになった。現在は5月第3週の金・土・日曜日に行われる。正式名称は「浅草神社例大祭」。奉納される田楽「びんざさら舞」は古式に則ったものとして有名（室町時代頃と言われる）。浅草神社は明治時代に入るまでは浅草寺と一体であり、この時代には浅草寺の祭りとして行なわれていた。神仏分離により、浅草寺と分離してからは、浅草神社単体での祭りとなり、発展したがこれは明治に入って以降のことである。
Asakusa Shrine Sanja Festival
It is an annual festival held at Asakusa Shrine in Asakusa, Taito Ward, Tokyo every May. It used to be divided into the Kannon Festival, Funamatsuri, and Jigenkai, but since 1872, it has been held on May 17th and 18th. Currently, it is held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the third week of May. The official name is “Asakusa Shrine Reitaisai”. The dedicated dengaku “Binzasaramai” is famous for being in accordance with the old style (said to be around the Muromachi period). Asakusa-jinja Shrine was integrated with Senso-ji Temple until the Meiji period, and during this period it was held as a festival of Senso-ji Temple. Due to the separation of Shintoism and Buddhism, the festival was separated from Senso-ji Temple, and became a separate festival for Asakusa-jinja Shrine, which developed after the beginning of the Meiji era.
