You used to have to pay nearly a thousand dollars for a premium smartphone, but not anymore. Alcatel’s $250 Onetouch Idol 3 is priced like an entry level phone, but has the premium experience you get from much more expensive phones.
A little known brand in the US, most Alcatel phones have been very low-end models, often branded by the carriers that sell them. The Idol 3 is different.
