筋円錐内、内直筋裏の腫瘍摘出の動画です。眼球よりも大きい腫瘍で近くの大学病院で手術を断られて当院に来ました。手術は90分と当院ではかなり長い手術になりましたが、無事に全摘することが出来ました。病理は神経鞘腫でした。
It is a movie of tumor excision inside the muscle cone and inside rectus muscle. I came to our hospital with surgery refused at a nearby university hospital with a larger tumor than the eyeball. Surgery was 90 minutes and our hospital had a rather long operation, but we were able to completely pick out all of them safely. The pathology was neurinoma.
