Wusanto Reservoir was constructed in the Japan-ruled Taiwan to make the Chianan area a fertile farmland. We visit the Reservoir and see how the construction was executed under the direction of a Japanese engineer, Yoichi Hatta, who has been respected by many people in Taiwan but less known by the Japanese.
