2013年2月1日（金）より全国公開。

少女たちが涙の後にみた”夢”とは？
人気絶頂のさなか、創立以来、センターに立ち続けてきた前田敦子が突如、グループからの脱退を宣言した。
「絶対的エース」の卒業という嵐に大きく揺れるAKB48の船。ある者はただ涙に暮れ、ある者は果てしのない航海の意味を見失う……。エース不在の「総選挙」で１位を奪還した大島優子が語る「本当の気持ち」とは？　
そして迎えた８月。初の東京ドーム公演、続く前田敦子卒業公演で栄華を極めたかに見えたAKB48に、身長148cmの小さなキャプテン高橋みなみが提示した、驚くべき新たな船出とは!?

The ship of “AKB48” sails in stormy weather at the graduation of the “Absolute Ace”. One member just drowns in tears, while another loses sight of the meaning of the infinite voyage. What is the story of Yuko Oshima’s “true feelings” after being crowned the 1st in the “Election” without the ace?
And then comes August. What is the surprising new voyage that the tiny (4’10) captain, Minami Takashi announced following their first Tokyo Dome Concert and Atsuko Maeda’s graduation concert!?
